The Bharat Modules Customer Dashboard is the secure buyer portal for enterprise procurement teams, defence contractors, and system integrators who source verified industrial components through the platform. After logging in, you can view your full procurement account status including total orders placed, orders currently in progress, and RFQs awaiting a manufacturer response.

The My Orders section provides a complete lifecycle view of every purchase order on the platform — from initial confirmation through manufacturing, quality inspection, dispatch, and delivery. You can download Certificates of Conformity, Technical Data Sheets, and Proof of Origin documents for every completed order directly from the order detail view. The RFQs Placed section shows all your submitted Requests for Quotation, their current status, and any manufacturer responses or pricing received. You can follow up, modify quantities, or cancel RFQs from this view.

The My Wishlist section stores products you have saved for future procurement consideration. Each saved product shows its full specifications, verification status, and a quick RFQ submission shortcut. Your monthly procurement credit limit and account verification status are displayed on the main dashboard. All buyer accounts on Bharat Modules are reviewed and approved by the platform's admin team to maintain the integrity of the closed B2B industrial procurement network.
